▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermosetting latex silk, comprises (i) preparing raw material including 40-50 wt.% natural latex, 10-20 wt.% short silk fiber, 5-10 wt.% kaolin, 5-10 wt.% graphene, 4-6 wt.% oleic acid, 4 -6 wt.% color paste, 4-6 wt.% potassium hydroxide, 4-6 wt.% triethanolamine and 4-6 wt.% aqueous ammonia, (ii) mixing natural latex, kaolin, graphene, oleic acid, color paste, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, and aqueous ammonia, adding the raw materials into the heating and stirring tank, stirring at a constant temperature of 80℃ for 1-2 hours, and stirring the colloid at 40℃, (iii) adding the short silk fibers into the colloid and stirring evenly, (iv) pouring the mixed colloid into the extruder, and extruding it into a silk polymer in the die, and (v) immersing the silk polymer in an acid tank to solidify the silk polymer to obtain latex silk. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermosetting latex silk. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the curing efficiency of latex silk.
