NOVELTY - Composite polyacrylonitrile (PAN) master batch comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 20-60 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-15 pts. wt. conductive metal powder, 5-15 pts. wt. anionic surfactant and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Composite polyacrylonitrile master batch used in polyacrylonitrile fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite polyacrylonitrile master batch has simple preparation and the PAN fiber has good structure and good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing composite PAN master batch, which involves using a solvent to dissolve the polyurethane to obtain a polyurethane solution; (2) adding polyurethane solution with silicone resin, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A; (3) dispersing anionic surfactant and dissolving in the mixed solution A to obtain a mixed solution B; (4) mixing mixed solution B with graphene, conductive metal powder and carbon fiber, stirring, drying and solidifying into particles to obtain composite PAN master batch; (5) a composite PAN fiber, which comprises 10 to 35 pts. wt. graphene composite PAN master batch, 70 to 90 pts. wt. zwitterionic surfactant, and 3 to 5 pts. wt. zwitterionic surfactant; (6) a method for preparing the graphene composite PAN fiber, which involves melting PAN to obtain PAN melt; (7) melting graphene composite PAN masterbatch to obtain graphene composite PAN masterbatch melt; (8) adding zwitterionic surfactant to PAN melt and graphene composite PAN masterbatch melt, and stirring in one direction to obtain a mixed melt; and (9) spraying mixed solution through a spinneret to obtain PAN fiber.
