NOVELTY - Dry preparation of electrode, involves adding 75-90 %mass active material, 0-5 %mass conductive agent, 5-10 %mass binder, and 5-10 %mass solvent to a stirring kettle, mixing the dry powder, adding a solvent to wet the powder particles, so that the surface of the powder particles adsorbs the solvent, and at the same time, performing high-intensity stirring to fully mix and wet the powder particles, continuing to add solvent, dispersing the particles under the action of high-speed shear force generated by high-intensity stirring, so that the conductive agent is evenly distributed, continuing to add solvent and adjusting the viscosity to suit the coating process. USE - Dry preparation of electrode used as positive electrode and negative electrode (all claimed) of lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides product having good dispersibility, low viscosity, with high efficiency of fully crushing and separating ability, in the preparation process, uniformly mixing each raw material, can effectively improve the electrode performance of lithium battery, enhance the stability of lithium battery electrode, and prolong the service life of battery electrode.
