▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Integrated cloud-based electrochemical micro-column platform comprises cell micro-column culture unit, micro droplet detection unit, integrated cloud electrochemical working unit and data receiving and analyzing unit. The cell micro-column culture unit includes multiple micro-columns for carrying micro droplets. The micro-droplet detection unit has multiple monitoring elements, and each of micro-column is provided with monitoring element for monitoring the change of target electrochemical signal in the micro-droplet. The integrated cloud electrochemical working unit is used to collect target electrochemical signal of micro droplet detection unit and transmit it to data receiving and analyzing unit. The data receiving and analyzing unit is used for receiving information transmitted by integrated cloud electrochemical working unit and performing analysis and judgment. USE - Integrated cloud-based electrochemical micro-column platform used for high-throughput cell analysis, drug screening, and disease multi-marker detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The integrated cloud-based electrochemical micro-column platform has parallelization, high throughput, high sensitivity, and good accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for real-time culturing and monitoring of high-throughput cell by culturing and monitoring cells in real time by using the integrated cloud-based electrochemical micro-column platform.
