NOVELTY - Preparing fireproof door comprises placing the teak solid wood board in a drying kiln for spray steaming, performing a drying treatment on the wood solid boards, drying the solid wood plate for the second time, switching the circulating fan to remove the moisture, increasing the drying kiln, discharging kiln to obtain the processed teak solid wood panels, firing the processed teak solid wood panels, cold-pressing, hot-pressing, processing into shapes, cleaning and obtaining door plate. The preparation of fireproof coating comprises adding e.g. aqueous epoxy resin, graphene powder, filler and deionized water into a stirring tank, stirring to obtain the mixed material 1, adding the remaining two thirds of water, flatting agent, thickening agent, curing agent, dispersant and flame retardant, stirring, adding de-foaming agent, stirring to obtain the mixed material 2, filtering to obtain the fireproof coating, uniformly spraying on the door panel and obtaining fireproof door. USE - The method is useful for preparing fireproof door. ADVANTAGE - The method promotes the dehydration and carbonization of combustibles; has the effect of preventing and reducing the production of combustible gas and will release non-combustible gas after being heated; hinders the non-flammable gases to contact of oxygen with the main body of combustion and ensures that the conventional wooden doors are generally rich in fire resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing fireproof door comprises (a) placing the teak solid wood board in a drying kiln for spray steaming at 50-60 degrees C for 20-30 hours, performing a drying treatment on the wood solid boards after completing spray steaming at 55-65 degrees C for 5-7 days, changing the circulation fan every 4-6 hours to dehumidify, where each dehumidification is 30 minutes, humidifying once every 48 hours , where each humidification is 2-4 hours each time, drying the solid wood plate for the second time under 65-70 degrees C for 6-8 days, switching the circulating fan every 4 hours to remove the moisture, removing the moisture for 1 hour, completing the secondary drying, increasing the drying kiln for 6-8 hours, reducing to 35-40 degrees C, discharging kiln to obtain the processed teak solid wood panels, (b) firing the processed teak solid wood panels, cold-pressing, hot-pressing, processing into shapes, cleaning and obtaining door plate. The preparation of fireproof coating comprises (a1) obtaining raw materials including 60-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 15-25 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-5 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant and 45-55 pts. wt. deionized water, (a2) adding the aqueous epoxy resin, graphene powder, filler, two-thirds of deionized water into a stirring tank, stirring to 40-60 degrees C at a speed of 500-700revolutions/minute for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the mixed material 1, (a3) adding the remaining two thirds of water, flatting agent, thickening agent, curing agent, dispersant and flame retardant in the mixed material 1 obtained in step (a1), stirring to 60-80 degrees C at a speed of 1000-1200revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes, adding de-foaming agent, stirring to 60-80 degrees C at a speed of 500-700revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes to obtain the mixed material 2, filtering the mixed material 2 to obtain the fireproof coating, uniformly spraying the fireproof coating on the door panel obtained in the step (a) and obtaining a fireproof door after drying coating.
