▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heat-resistant chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) electric conduit comprises 90-120 pts. wt. CPVC resin, 30-60 pts. wt. PVC resin, 8-16 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. paraffin, 3-8 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 5-16 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate-montmorillonite complex. USE - Heat-resistant CPVC electric conduit used for urban power grid construction and reconstruction, city municipal reconstruction project, civil aviation airport engineering construction, engineering park and residential engineering construction and traffic and road and bridge engineering construction. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant CPVC electric catheter has improved flame retardance and heat resistance. The CPVC resin has better toughness, aging resistance and impact strength. The paraffin is applied to the raw material of the catheter, which not only can increase the toughness, but also can improve the heat resistance, and the ammonium polyphosphate-montmorillonite composite contains nitrogen, phosphorus, high thermal stability, when heated, capable of releasing the ammonia, nitrogen and so on is not easy to burn, with the function of diluting oxygen concentration, so as to block the supply of oxygen, reach the purpose of flame retardant and heat resistant, and oxide of non-volatile phosphorus also can cover the surface of the electric tube, reaching the purpose for isolating oxygen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of heat-resistant CPVC electric conduit.
