NOVELTY - A preparation method of degradable graphene-based food packaging film, involves (S1) mixing cellulose, straw powder, chitosan, and corn starch, adding water and stirring to obtain slurry, (S2) adding graphene powder to the slurry, stirring, and homogenizing to obtain homogeneous liquid, (S3) adding plasticizer, adhesive, crosslinking agent and polyvinyl alcohol into the obtained homogeneous liquid, and stirring at 300-500 rpm for 50-70 minutes to obtain a blank, (S4) introducing the blank obtained in the step (S3) into a twin-screw extruder, setting a first zone temperature to 150-160 degrees C, a second zone temperature to 160-170 degrees C, a third zone temperature to 170-180 degrees C, and a fourth zone temperature to 160-170 degrees C, and cooling and pelletizing the extrudate obtained after extruding to obtain granular material, and (S5) blowing the granular material obtained in the step (S4) by a film-blowing machine to obtain a final product. USE - Preparation method of degradable graphene-based food packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The degradable graphene-based food packaging film has excellent degradability increased by 63%, and excellent mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preparation method of degradable graphene-based food packaging film, involves (S1) mixing 20-30 pts. wt. cellulose, 15-20 pts. wt. straw powder, 1-5 pts. wt. chitosan, and 20-30 pts. wt. corn starch, adding water and stirring uniformly so that the water content of the mixed solution accounts for 60-80 wt.% of the total weight to obtain slurry, (S2) adding 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. graphene powder to the slurry obtained in the step (S1), stirring at 3000-5000 rpm for 3-8 minutes, and homogenizing to obtain homogeneous liquid, (S3) adding 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 20-30 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 4-8 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol into the homogeneous liquid obtained in the step (S2), and stirring at 300-500 rpm for 50-70 minutes to obtain a blank, (S4) introducing the blank obtained in the step (S3) into a twin-screw extruder, setting a first zone temperature to 150-160 degrees C, a second zone temperature to 160-170 degrees C, a third zone temperature to 170-180 degrees C, and a fourth zone temperature to 160-170 degrees C, and cooling and pelletizing the extrudate obtained after extruding to obtain granular material, and (S5) blowing the granular material obtained in the step (S4) by a film-blowing machine to obtain a final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a degradable graphene-based food packaging film.
