NOVELTY - Silicon nitride ceramic material comprises 5.2-35 wt.% polymer, 1.1-6.5 wt.% graphene fiber, 1.1-6.5 wt.% nylon fiber, 2-15 wt.% alloy powder, 0.2-0.8 wt.% antioxidant, 10-25 wt.% boron nitride nanosheet, 1.5-4.5 wt.% coupling agent, 1.1-6.5 wt.% glass fiber, 0.05-0.2 wt.% binder, 1.1-6.5 wt.% bentonite, and silicon nitride ceramic powder (remaining). USE - The silicon nitride ceramic material is useful for 3D printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic material achieves easy production of raw materials, low raw material pollution, simple and easy production process, has high processing efficacy, energy consumption, and good thermoforming ability and mechanical structure strength as structural toughness and has good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicon nitride ceramic material, comprising (i) pre-processing the raw materials, taking the high molecular polymer, boron nitride, nanometre nitride ceramic powder and adding to 1.5-3 times of de-ionized water under constant temperature environment of 25-50 degrees C, carrying out one-way stirring at 80-300 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-15 minutes, and drying the mixture to less than 5% of the water content of the mixture, drying, crushing the mixture to obtain mixture powder more than 300 meshes; (ii) mixing, placing the graphite fiber, nylon fiber, alloy powder, antioxidant, binder, coupling agent, bentonite, powder mixture of glass fiber and prepared in the first (i) are synchronously adding to the stirring device in the constant temperature environment of 20-60 degrees C by uniformly stirring, and allowing to stand for 10-20 minutes and primarily granulating; (iii) placing the mixed material, adding to the kneading machine, kneading for 10-120 minutes, adding to the material by kneading screw extruder and carrying out extruding at 0-5 degrees C, where the wind speed is 3-10 mu m/second of low temperature air for cooling the material by extruding, and extruding the material by crushing and granulating machine crushing to diameter of 0.1-3 particle material, where the highest temperature of screw extruder work is not greater than 200 degrees C, where extruder screw speed is 50-300 rpm; and (iv) sintering and molding, taking the obtained granular material in the constant temperature environment of 500-1200 degrees C, heating for 30-120 minutes, naturally cooling to normal temperature, crushing the cooling material to obtain powder through 50-300 meshes.
