NOVELTY - Ecological inorganic nanocomposite coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aluminum sol, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 20-30 pts. wt. shell powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 1-5 pts. wt. activated carbon/graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. cordierite, 1-5 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and 2-8 pts. wt. binder auxiliary agent. USE - Ecological inorganic nanocomposite coating. ADVANTAGE - The ecological inorganic nanocomposite coating is capable of absorbing and decomposing harmful gases and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of preparation of ecological inorganic nanocomposite coating comprising room temperature mixing aluminum sol, nano-titanium dioxide, shell powder, nano-zinc oxide, activated carbon/graphene and cordierite by stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 15-30 minutes, grinding by grinding machine to obtain mixture having particle size of less than 20 mu m, adding styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium silicate, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and binder auxiliary agent, adjusting pH at 7-9, mechanically stirring for 2-2.5 hours at 60-80 degrees C, cooling to room temperature and obtaining the product.
