NOVELTY - The detector has top and bottom surfaces that are provided with the electrode, graphene layer, glass piece, index matching liquid and prism. The incidence light on the graphite alkene prism is when greater than full reflection critical angle on glass chip in grapheme surface full inner reflection is generated. The graphite alkene absorbs the light to set with obvious enhancement and polarization dependence to enhance photoelectric response. USE - Graphene photoelectric detector based on total internal reflection structure. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric response is enhanced to the graphite alkene in the wide spectrum range.
