▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped carbon-coated anode material comprises (i) taking melamine as nitrogen source and organic acid as carbon source, mixing melamine, organic acid, and modified graphene uniformly in solvent, where modified graphene is conductive bridge, adding anode material, mixing uniformly to obtain wet slurry and drying, (ii) grinding mixed dry material, sieving, transferring into rotary kiln, introducing into inert atmosphere and heating at 100-500 degrees C for 0.1-5 hours, and (iii) reacting melamine with organic acid and modified graphene to obtain functional structural components in situ, coating functional structural component uniformly on surface of anode material, raising temperature to 500-1000 degrees C, carbonizing for 0.5-24 hours, cooling, dispersing and sieving to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon-coated anode material. ADVANTAGE - The anode material: has excellent conductivity, obvious cycle performance, excellent rate performance, simple and low cost, and is suitable for large-scale production.
