▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Kit based on nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dot, is new. The kit comprising A liquid and B liquid, where the A solution is carbon nitrogen fluorescent quantum dot solution, the B solution is buffer solution; where the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dot solution is composed of carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dot and solvent. USE - The kit is useful detecting tumor cell. ADVANTAGE - The kit has high specificity and high sensitivity to tumor cells in pleural fluid and urine tissue fluid, and has simple operation and is economic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using method of kit based on carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dot for tumor cell detection comprising (1) using a puncture needle to collect the patient's pleural effusion or collect the patient's urine sample, and storing in a sterile centrifuge tube; (2) centrifuging the sample obtained in the step (1), discarding the supernatant to obtain the precipitate of the sample; (3) adding the B solution, resuspending the precipitate obtained in the step (2) to obtain the resuspended liquid of the precipitate; (4) adding the A solution, mixing with the resuspended solution obtained in the step (3), and incubating; (5) centrifuging the resuspended liquid after incubation in the step (4), discarding the supernatant to obtain the precipitate after incubation of the sample; (6) adding the B solution, resuspending the precipitate after incubation in the step (5), to obtain a well-mixed resuspension; (7) using a fluorescence spectrophotometer to detect, and detecting the fluorescence intensity of the resuspension obtained in the step (6); and (8) performing semi-quantitative analysis on the sample according to the fluorescence intensity obtained in the step (7).
