▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing charged tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene polymer graphene powder, involves (a) weighing deionized water, polyethersiloxane copolymer wetting agent, silicone defoamer, Kathon preservative (RTM: 5-Chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one), polyvinylpyrrolidone, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, fluorosurfactant, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene polymer dispersion and vermicular graphite, adding to a dispersing machine's material-pulling cylinder, stirring for 1 hour, stirring at high speed for 1 hour, and dissolving to obtain a dispersion, (b) transferring the dispersion to an ultrasonic disperser, shaking for 1.5 hours under 20000 Hz ultrasonic environment, and crushing the agglomerated particles in the dispersion, (c) adding the treated dispersion to a nano-sand mill, and circular grinding for 4.5 hours to obtain a graphene slurry, and (d) rotary atomizing the slurry in a spray dryer, and collecting dried graphene powder using a powder collector. USE - The process is useful for manufacturing charged tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene polymer graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The process adopts simple production process, and has high production efficiency, short reaction time, optimizes the material composition and reduces the production cost, and forms graphene with high purity, large size and small layer structure.
