NOVELTY - High-performance glass fiber reinforced graphene oxide nylon 6/polyolefin alloy comprises 5-30 wt.% glass fiber, 10-50 wt.% pure nylon 6, 0.2-2 wt.% graphene oxide, 10-40 wt.% polyolefin, 0.2-1.0 wt.% antioxidant, where the graphene oxide is added in the form of graphene oxide nylon 6 masterbatch, which is prepared by in-situ copolymerization. USE - The polyolefin alloy is useful for vehicles, radiators, oil pans, mudguards, doors, spoilers, bumpers, fuel filters and fuel filter cylinders in generators (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyolefin alloy: has better mechanical properties and other properties. The method: is simple, which is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-performance glass fiber reinforced graphene oxide nylon 6/polyolefin alloy comprising (1) mixing graphene oxide with carboxy groups on the surface and caprolactam to obtain a uniform graphene oxide-caprolactam mixed system, (2) carrying out a vacuum operation of nitrogen through a rapid pass, raising the temperature to carry out the graft polymerization of the nylon chain and the graphene oxide to obtain the crude graphene oxide nylon 6, (3) taking out the crude graphene oxide nylon 6 obtained in step (2) by water cooling, crushing and extracting in boiling water, and drying and granulating to obtain graphene oxide nylon masterbatch, and (4) melt blending the graphene oxide nylon 6 masterbatch obtained in step (3) with pure nylon 6, glass fiber, polyolefin, and antioxidant, and extrude and pelletizing to obtain the product.
