PVC, 40-60 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 5-25 pts. wt. tribasic lead sulfate, 3-7 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 12-18 pts. wt. nano aluminum hydroxide, 15-35 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 0.5-4.5 pts. wt. ferrocene and 1-5 pts. wt. lead stearate. USE - Flame retardant graphene-PVC material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-PVC material has excellent flame retardance, self-extinguishing property, has Vicat softening point of 100-120 degrees C, bending strength of 45-65 MPa, flexural modulus of 2200-2400 MPa, cold-cracking resistance, breaking elongation of 280-350%, tensile strength of 20-40 MPa, notch impact strength of 105-135 kJ/m2, oxygen index of 35-40%, Rockwell hardness of 106-110, melt flow index of 7.5-9.5 g/10 minutes, and is prepared economically by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-PVC material, which involves mixing the raw materials, kneading the mixture at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, melting, plasticizing and pelletizing the kneaded material using twin-screw extruder.
