NOVELTY - Preparing aminized graphene involves preparing oxidized graphene dispersion by weighing 1 gram graphene oxide powder, placing in beaker, adding distilled water, and sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, where ratio of mass of graphene powder and volume of distilled water is 1:200-1:300, mass of graphene powder is g, and unit of distilled water is milliliter. 1 gram graphene oxide powder is weighed, placed in beaker, added distilled water is added and sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing aminized graphene used for resin matrix composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare aminized graphene is easy to prepare, and cost-effective, eco-friendly, which has improves graphene filler in resin dispersibility and bonding force between the resin matrix for expanding application of graphene lays foundation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aminized graphene involves preparing oxidized graphene dispersion by weighing 1 gram graphene oxide powder, placing in beaker, adding distilled water, and sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, where ratio of mass of graphene powder and volume of distilled water is 1:200-1:300, mass of graphene powder is g, and unit of distilled water is milliliter. 1 gram graphene oxide powder is weighed, placed in beaker, added distilled water is added and sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, where mass ratio of graphene powder and volume of distilled water is 1:250-1:375, mass of the graphene powder is gram, and unit of distilled water is milliliter, and added N, N-dimethyl formamide which is sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 0.5 hour to obtain dispersion of graphene oxide in mixed solvent having volume ratio of 1: 3-3:1. The organic diamine solution is prepared by using ethylenediamine, when hexamethylene diamine is used, placed in distilled water and sonicated in an ultrasonic cleaner for 10 minutes, where ratio of the amount of hexamethylene diamine to volume of distilled water is 0.025:100, amount of hexamethylene diamine unit is mole, and unit of distilled water is milliliter, when other organic diamines are used, sonicated in ultrasonic cleaner for 10 minutes in mixed solvent, where mixed solvent is mixture of distilled water and N, N-dimethylformamide in ratio of 1:3-3:1, organic diamine reagent is 4,4-diaminodiphenylsulfone, p-phenylenediamine, 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether or 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane, ratio of amount of the organic diamine material to volume of mixed solvent is 0.01:200-0.025:200, amount of the organic diamine material is mol, and volume of the mixed solvent is milliliter. The aminized graphene is prepared by palcing oxidized graphene dispersion in three-necked flask with spherical condenser, where ratio of the amount of the organic diamine solution to organic diamine solution and mass of the oxidized graphene powder is 0.005:1-0.04:1, amount of organic diamine material is in mole, molybdenum oxide powder quality unit is in gram in the argon atmosphere, heated at 70-100 degrees C, refluxed, and stirred for 5-10 hours. The product is cooled to room temperature centrifuged at speed of 7000-8000 revoltuions per minute, separated for 10-15 minutes, and removed end of the supernatant to supernatant to obtain lower layer of precipitation. The lower layer of precipitation is immersed in anhydrous ethanol, stirred for 1 minute, centrifuged, separated, repeated for 3 times to obtain small amount of ethanol-containing aminized graphene which is impregnated with distilled water containing small amount of absolute ethanol in distilled water, stirred for 1 minute, centrifuged, repeated for 3 times to obtain aminoglucinol containing small amount of distilled water is dissolved into distilled water to obtain aqueous ammonia ferrite dispersion, aminized paraffin water dispersion is vacuum freeze dried at freezing temperature of -50-15 degrees C for 3-5 days, vacuum degree is 10 Pascal to obtain final product.
