NOVELTY - An amphiphilic ruthenium complex-modified monomolecular oriented graphene substrate comprises amphiphilic ruthenium complex pyrene molecule fixed on graphene electric conduction substrate through non-covalent bond. USE - Amphiphilic ruthenium complex-modified monomolecular oriented graphene substrate for dye-sensitized solar energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The substrate has excellent film property, good solubility, electrochemical activity, and light physical property, fast and effective reaction, and increased film assembly efficiency and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An amphiphilic ruthenium complex-modified monomolecular oriented graphene substrate of formula (I) comprises amphiphilic ruthenium complex pyrene molecule fixed on graphene electric conduction substrate through non-covalent bond. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of amphiphilic ruthenium complex-modified monomolecular oriented graphene substrate which involves adding super-pure water in clean beaker, regulating pH to 10-12 with ammonium hydroxide, dissolving weighed amphiphilic ruthenium complex, regulating pH to 5-7 with hydrochloric acid to obtain amphiphilic ruthenium complex solution having 49-51 mu M concentration, pressing graphene with aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfate solution according to mass-to-volume ratio of 2:10-4:10 to obtain graphene dispersion in aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfate solution having 2 vol.% concentration, ultrasonic dispersing at 15 krpm for 0.5-1.5 hours, centrifuging for 1-3 hours to remove residue and obtain graphene dispersion liquid, immersing indium tin oxide (ITO) electric conduction glass in (RCA) solution, slightly vibrating to remove bubble, shifting to water bath, heating to 90-120 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, cleaning with super-pure water, inert gas blowing to dry, fixing hydrophilic treated ITO substrate in rotating spin coater, dropwise adding graphene dispersion liquid, spin coating to uniformly spread graphene dispersion liquid film on ITO substrate, naturally drying at room temperature, washing substrate with methyl alcohol to remove sodium dodecyl sulfate surfactant, inert gas blowing to obtain graphene substrate in which spin coater 1st opening speed is 150-200 rpm for 1-3 s, and high speed rotating speed is 700-1000 rpm for 70-120 s, immersing graphene substrate in amphiphilic ruthenium complex solution, slightly oscillating to remove bubble, soaking at room temperature for 6-12 hours, cleaning with super-pure water, and inert gas blowing.
