▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium-doped graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate cathode material, comprises (i) mixing and dispersing graphene oxide and titanium carbide (Ti3C2)-MXene etching dispersion liquid in a solvent in an ice bath, and ultrasonically dispersing, (ii) adding lithium source, iron source, and phosphorus source to the dispersion liquid in sequence, adding water to dilute, stirring and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion in ice bath again, (iii) transferring the mixture solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene reactor for hydrothermal reaction to obtain the mixture aerogel, (iv) washing the mixture aerogel alternately with deionized water and ethanol, and freeze-drying to obtain a precursor, and (v) placing the dried precursor in a tube furnace with a protective atmosphere, sintering and crushing. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium-doped graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes titanium doping and graphene coating of lithium iron phosphate, is simple and effective, and improves the intrinsic conductivity and ion diffusion kinetics of lithium iron phosphate.
