NOVELTY - Nano-coating with anti-corrosion effect comprises 60-70 pts. wt. deionized water, 20-25 pts. wt. sodium silicate colloidal solution, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-magnesium oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. thickener, 6-8 pts. wt. synergist, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 1-1.5 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor. USE - The nano-coating with anti-corrosion effect is useful for corrosion of metal surface e.g. building, bridge, ship, etc. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating with anti-corrosion function has strong corrosion resistance, simple production technique, and the needed raw material is easy to obtain, suitable for large-scale production. The obtained coating and base surface are combined more tightly, improving the adhesive force of the coating on the substrate to greatly prolong the service life of coating. The corrosion resistance is strong, the production technique is simple, the raw material for preparing the nano-coating layer can be easily obtained, is suitable for mass production, and at the same time, introducing nano particles into the coating, which greatly improves the strength of coating, the abrasion resistance of coating is enhanced, and prolongs service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano-coating with anti-corrosion effect, comprising (1) preparing the raw materials for preparing the nano-coating, (2) adding the sodium silicate colloidal solution into deionized water, adding nano-graphene for mixing to prepare a mixed solution A, (3) adding nano-magnesium oxide and nano-zinc oxide into mixed solution A and placing into a blender and mixing and stirring for 3-5 hours to make mixed solution B, (4) adding thickener, synergist, dispersant and antifoaming agent into the mixed solution B and stirring in a mixer for 1-2 hours, adding corrosion inhibitor while stirring and continuing stirring to obtain anti-corrosion nano-coating, (5) sandblasting the surface of the metal matrix material, spraying the anti-corrosion nano-coating on the surface of the metal matrix material by using compressed air, and baking after air spraying treatment, and (6) repeating step (5), and adopting the process of two-coating and two-baking on the metal base material to form a nano-coating with anti-corrosion effect.
