NOVELTY - Polypyrrole/molecularly imprinted polymer/zirconium dioxide-carbide/nitrogen-doped graphene/glassy carbon electrode molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for endocrine compound detection, comprises a glassy carbon electrode, a nitrogen-doped graphene layer, a UiO-66 carbide layer with a porous structure, and a polypyrrole layer that forms a specific imprinting cavity for the endocrine compound to be tested, which are sequentially modified from the inside to the outside. The endocrine compound to be tested is dopamine, histamine or uric acid. USE - Polypyrrole/molecularly imprinted polymer/zirconium dioxide-carbide/nitrogen-doped graphene/glassy carbon electrode molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for endocrine compound detection. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high detection sensitivity, fast detection speed, and convenient use.
