▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of double crosslinked hydrogel involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water and then uniformly mixing, adding hydrogel monomer to the mixture and then stirring, adding initiator and alpha -cyclodextrin to the mixture and then heating, placing the mixture in a glass container and then sealing, processing the mixture and then placing in an oven, and heat-preserving. USE - The method is useful for preparation of double crosslinked hydrogel, which is useful for tissue engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of double crosslinked hydrogel with excellent dispersibility, water-solubility, large specific surface area, biocompatibility, mechanical properties, plasticity, shape-memory function, tensile strength and compressive strength. The double crosslinked hydrogel does not contain toxic chemical crosslinking agent and heavy metal ion.
