NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide film, comprises (a) producing a spraying solution using oxidized graphene and a solvent, and (b) spraying the spraying solution toward a substrate through a supersonic injection process to form a reduced graphene oxide film on the substrate. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out without using a reducing process including chemical reaction process, a process using plasma or pulsed light, or heat treatment process, and is simple to perform.
