NOVELTY - The method involves providing multiple substrates, carbon source and containers. The each of the containers is provided with through hole (30). The each container is provided with a substrate through chemical vapour deposition reaction. The carbon source is deposited on the surface of the substrate to obtain graphene film. The containers are divided into layer of container group. The through hole is arranged on the side wall of the container main structure. The material of the container is graphite or metal. The chemical vapour deposition reaction is carried out in the mixed atmosphere of protective gas and hydrogen. USE - Method for preparing graphene film in batches. ADVANTAGE - The productivity and preparation efficiency of the graphene film is improved. The problem of the existing graphene film preparation method for the limitation of industrial production is solved. The production cost is reduced, and the resources are solved.
