▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing PTFE composite nanofiber material comprises (i) taking polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, fluorinated graphene, glass fiber, inorganic nano-filler and sodium alginate according to the ratio, adding water, emulsifying agent and initiator for aggregating to form an aqueous emulsion, (ii) adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether into the above-mentioned aqueous emulsion, continuously stirring for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, carrying out solid-liquid separation, collecting solid and drying, (iii) uniformly mixing the dried solid and pressing to obtain a molding material, and (iv) placing the molding material into a sintering box for sintering to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing PTFE composite nanofiber material useful in but are not limited to container, pump, valve and radar, high frequency communication device and radio device. ADVANTAGE - The method: modifies the modified carbon nanotube powder by nano silver powder, which greatly enhances the performance of polytetrafluoroethylene composite nanofiber material itself; improves the performance of the forming process by adding auxiliary agent; easily causes the finished product containing a large amount of micropores; reduces rigidity of the material; and easily causes transverse fracture during the stretching process.
