NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 60-70 pts. wt. hydrophobic composite material, 3-6 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane and 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax. USE - Corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe. ADVANTAGE - Corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe has strong adaptability to environment, has good corrosion resistance, and has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe, which involves adding polyethylene resin, hydrophobic composite material, glass fiber, graphene, polydimethyl siloxane and polyethylene wax in high speed mixer, mixing temperature is 120-140℃, stirring for 1-2h, cooling the mixture material to room temperature for further use, extruding and moulding the mixed material obtained through the extruder die opening to obtain the corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe.
