▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a composite material involves adding podophyllotoxin as a template molecule, graphene oxide, a modified hydroxypropyl cellulose, a functional monomer, a crosslinking agent, and an initiator to a polymerization solvent, reacting to synthesize a molecularly-imprinted polymer in an inert atmosphere, and washing away the template molecule podophyllotoxin. The modified hydroxypropyl cellulose is obtained by modifying hydroxypropyl cellulose with acryloyl chloride under the catalysis of triethylamine to obtain methacryloyl-hydroxypropyl cellulose containing carbon-carbon double bonds. USE - Preparation of composite material used for selective separation and enrichment of podophyllotoxin from water sample. ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite material which is capable of selectively separating and enriching podophyllotoxin composite material with stable selectivity, high extraction efficiency, and rapid detection.
