▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A crosslinkable polyethylene composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene matrix resin, 1-15 pts. wt. compatible accelerator, 0.5-3 pts. wt. peroxide crosslinking agent and 1-12 pts. wt. filler. The filler comprises sheet filler and/or phosphate. The sheet filler has D90 of less than or equal to 100 microm and diameter-thickness ratio of greater than or equal to 8. USE - The crosslinkable polyethylene composition is used for crosslinked polyethylene and crosslinked polyethylene product in oil-gas transportation pipeline (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition and metal matrix have excellent adhesive property and improve product cathode stripping performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a crosslinked polyethylene comprising crosslinkable polyethylene composition; (2) a method for preparing crosslinked polyethylene comprising melt blending, extruding and granulating or casting crosslinkable polyethylene composition in double-screw extruder to form film to obtain crosslinkable primary mixture A having gel content of less than 5%, coating on metal substrate, and carrying out high temperature curing at 180-240degrees Celsius to gel content of greater than 20%, preferably 25-85%; (3) a crosslinked polyethylene product comprising metal matrix and crosslinked polyethylene coating; and (4) a method for preparing crosslinked polyethylene product comprising coating crosslinkable polyethylene composition on surface of metal matrix and crosslinking at 180-240degrees Celsius for 3-300 minutes. Coating is roll coating, spray coating or coating. Melt blending is done at 130-150degrees Celsius.
