NOVELTY - The preparation method of corrosion-resistant heat transfer graphene protective film for heat exchanger involves (i) cleaning a brass, (ii) adding protective gas into a reaction chamber, quickly heating to graphene growth temperature, passing methane gas, heat preserving for 8-15 minutes, growing graphene on the surface of brass at 800-1200 degrees C, where the time of growth of graphene is the time of passage of methane, rapidly cooling, and closing all gas passages, and (iii) controlling reaction chamber pressure to 8-15 mbar, wrapping graphene protective film on brass surface. USE - Preparation of corrosion-resistant heat transfer graphene protective film for heat exchanger. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of corrosion-resistant heat transfer graphene protective film for heat exchanger at low cost in high yield with high quality.
