▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has an optical unit through which light reflected from a biometric object passes. A photodiode unit (220) generates an electrical signal by sensing the light passing through the optical unit. The optical unit controls an angle of light incident on the photo-diode unit. A filter layer (400) is formed with multiple holes (410) penetrating in a direction perpendicular to the photo diode unit, where the filter layer is made of copper, aluminum and nickel. An anti-reflection layer is arranged on a wall surface of the holes. The filter layer includes black pigment, carbon nanotubes, graphite, graphene and carbon black. USE - Biometric sensor for a biometric device. ADVANTAGE - The recognition quality is improved by limiting the angle of light transmitted from the optical biometric sensor to the photodiode within a predetermined range. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a biometric sensor. Light source unit (210) Photodiode unit (220) Photodiode (221) Filter layer (400) Hole (410)
