▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is uniformly dispersed in co-solvent. Iron salt and a cobalt salt are added to mixture, and iron and cobalt ions are adsorbed on the surface of graphene. Dry ice is added, and the mixture is placed in reactor, stirred, reacted and heated, to obtain precursor. The precursor is calcined in inert atmosphere, to obtain graphene-loaded cobalt ferrite quantum dots. USE - Preparation of graphene-loaded cobalt ferrite quantum dots used for composite material for catalysis, light, electric and magnetic applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-loaded cobalt ferrite quantum dots with increased particle size, without using ammonia, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide and washing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphene-loaded cobalt ferrite quantum dots for composite material.
