NOVELTY - Heat dissipation sheet comprises graphite layer, a primary graphene layer stacked on one side of the graphite layer with a primary adhesive layer interposed there between and a secondary graphene layer stacked with a secondary adhesive layer on the other side of the graphite layer, where primary adhesive layer and the secondary adhesive layer are made of an adhesive sheet having a thin plate shape, where the adhesive sheet has through holes penetrating both sides of the adhesive sheet, where through hole formed in the primary adhesive layer and the through hole formed in the secondary adhesive layer are formed to face and correspond to each other, a protective material layer is formed on the outside of the primary graphene layer and the secondary graphene layer with an adhesive layer interposed there between, and the graphite layer has a smaller area than the primary graphene layer and the secondary graphene layer. USE - Used as heat dissipation sheet. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation sheet reduces manufacturing cost, has excellent heat dissipation effect, and can be stably maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat dissipation sheet comprises graphite layer, a primary graphene layer stacked on one side of the graphite layer with a primary adhesive layer interposed there between and a secondary graphene layer stacked with a secondary adhesive layer on the other side of the graphite layer, where primary adhesive layer and the secondary adhesive layer are made of an adhesive sheet having a thin plate shape, where the adhesive sheet has through holes penetrating both sides of the adhesive sheet, where through hole formed in the primary adhesive layer and the through hole formed in the secondary adhesive layer are formed to face and correspond to each other, a protective material layer is formed on the outside of the primary graphene layer and the secondary graphene layer with an adhesive layer interposed there between, the graphite layer has a smaller area than the primary graphene layer and the secondary graphene layer, and the primary graphene layer and spaced apart from the periphery of the secondary graphene layer and disposed within the area of the primary graphene layer and the secondary graphene layer; a sealing layer having the same thickness as the graphite layer and surrounding the graphite layer is formed outside the graphite layer is formed, and the sealing layer is made of graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing heat dissipation sheet, comprising (a) forming a laminate in which a graphene layer and a protective material layer are laminated; (b) forming an adhesive layer on the opposite side of the graphene layer on which the protective material layer is laminated in the laminate; (c) positioning the pair of laminates to face each other and forming the graphite layered between the pair of opposing graphene layers; (d) forming a sealing layer equal to the thickness of the graphite layer in the space around the graphite layer, where the formation of the adhesive layer is performed by attaching an adhesive sheet in a form in which an adhesive layer is formed and a release paper is attached to the adhesive layer to one side of the graphene layer, and then removing the release paper.
