NOVELTY - The device has an upper layer structure and a lower layer structure provided with an upper glass substrate. The glass substrate is formed with a signal wire. A first graphene resonator (2-1) is provided with a second graphene resonator (2-2). A first middle supporting block (6-1) is provided with a second middle support block (6-2) and an outer support block (7). The first graphene resonator is located on a left side of an axis differential graphene accelerometer structure. The second graphene resonator is located at a right side of the axis differential graphene accelerometer structure. An upper left vertex (8-1) and a right upper vertex (8-2) are fixed on the upper glass substrate and a lower glass substrate, where the glass substrates are made of a borosilicate-based glass. USE - Graphene resonator based plane differential accelerometer device. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure, and has small volume, light weight, high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.
