The organic metakaolin-diatomite-graphene oxide composite comprises metakaolin, diatomite, graphene oxide, and silane coupling agent. USE - A high performance concrete slow-release internal curing material. ADVANTAGE - The curing material reduce the auto-shrinkage of concrete, and improves concrete strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high performance concrete slow-release internal curing material comprises sodium alginate, xanthan gum, slaked lime, sodium acetate, sodium acrylate, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, crosslinking agent, initiator, and an organic metakaolin-diatomite-graphene oxide composite. The organic metakaolin-diatomite-graphene oxide composite comprises metakaolin, diatomite, graphene oxide, and silane coupling agent. The organic metakaolin-diatomite-graphene oxide composite is prepared by uniformly mixing metakaolin, diatomite, and graphene oxide, and ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes to obtain 3 mass% suspension A; adding silane coupling agent to a mixed solvent of ethanol and water at a volume ratio of 1:1 to prepare 3 mass.% coupling agent hydrolyzate solution B; and mixing suspension A and coupling agent hydrolyzate solution B, ultrasonically dispersing, mechanically stirring at 60 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling, washing twice with anhydrous ethyl alcohol, filtering, drying, grinding, and sieving by 300-mesh sieve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the high performance concrete slow-release internal curing material, comprising: (A) mixing sodium alginate, xanthan gum, and water, stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a 3 wt.% solution A; (B) adding water to slaked lime to prepare saturated lime water solution, adding sodium acetate, and uniformly mixing to obtain solution B; (C) uniformly mixing sodium acrylate and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, adding solution B, cooling to room temperature, adding solution A, and stirring to obtain a mixture; (D) uniformly mixing the mixture and organic metakaolin-diatomite-graphene oxide composite in a container, placing in a water bath of 70 degrees C, continuously stirring, adding crosslinking agent and initiator at 60-80 degrees C, and reacting for 10 hours; and (E) drying, crushing to a particle size of 60-100 meshes.
