NOVELTY - Cathode composite material comprises silicon-M-carbon (Si-M-C) composite materials and graphene present on its surface, where M includes at least one of boron, nitrogen and oxygen, and the chemical shifts of silicon in the Si-M-C composite material in the solid nuclear magnetic resonance test include -5 plus minus 5 parts/million, -35 plus minus 5 parts/million, -75 plus minus 5 parts/million, -110 plus minus 5 parts/million, and the half-width K at -5 plus minus 5 parts/million meets: 7-28 parts/million. USE - The cathode composite material is useful in cathode pole piece of electrochemical device for electronic device (all claimed), and in lithium ion battery, all kinds of primary batteries, secondary batteries, fuel cells, solar cells or capacitors.
