▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene superconducting copper wire, comprises (i) soaking oxygen-free copper balls in self-adhesive water, removing and drying to obtain oxygen-free copper balls coated with self-adhesive; (ii) adding oxygen-free copper balls coated with self-adhesive on the above-mentioned surface into the upper frame equipped with artificial graphite, and making the self-adhesive on the surface of the oxygen-free copper balls stick by vibrating and shaking the frame to obtain synthetic graphite, transferring the oxygen-free copper balls with artificial graphite on surface to frame coated with self-adhesive on the surface, and repeatedly peeling off the artificial graphite and self-adhesive on the surface of the oxygen-free copper balls by vibrating and shaking the frame. layers of graphene to obtain a graphene composite copper material; (iii) hot-pressing graphene composite copper material and sintering to combine graphene and copper to obtain a graphene superconducting copper body. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene superconducting copper wire. ADVANTAGE - The method enables continuous preparation of non-defect graphene without environment pollution and without impurity element introduced in the subsequent preparation process, thus improving copper wire conductivity and thermal conductivity, and obtaining low layer number and no structure defect of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: uperconducting copper wire graphene; and wing stripping device.
