▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing silicon carbon thin film negative electrode with graphene as framework, involves (a) growing vertical graphene framework on substrate, (b) plasma processing on grown vertical graphene framework, and (c) growing silicon material on treated vertical graphene framework. USE - The method is used for preparing silicon carbon thin film negative electrode with graphene as framework (claimed) used for preparing large-capacity lithium-ion batteries, preferably solid-state batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method is scientific in design, simple and simple to operate, creatively grows the vertical graphene on substrate, grows silicon material on vertical graphene framework, so that the loose silicon film can be embedded between vertical graphene sheets, overcomes the problems of silicon anode materials, gives complete play to in-plane conductivity of vertical graphene, and improves the efficiency of ion insertion and precipitation.
