NOVELTY - A special foam board is prepared by weighing 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 13-14 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 12-14 pts. wt. polysulfone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. asbestos, 4-7 pts. wt. chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 5-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene and 5-8 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, heating polyurethane resin to 200-230 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain molten polyurethane, adding polycarbonate and polysulfone resin to the molten polyurethane, stirring and melting at 180-210 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, adding white carbon black and graphene, stirring at 190-220 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding asbestos and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, stirring at 150-180 degrees C under vacuum condition, cooling to -10 degrees C to -3 degrees C for 4-10 hours, taking out, crushing, adding bamboo fiber, mixing, heating to 200-240 degrees C at rate of 1-1.5 degrees C/minute to obtain mixture, foaming and shaping mixture to obtain foam board and placing foam board between two clamping plate mechanisms of ironing device. USE - Special foam board for food packaging. ADVANTAGE - The foam board can be manufactured with high production efficiency, is not be scattered when colliding during transportation, prevents mixing of foam particles with food, and ensures quality of food. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A special foam board is prepared by (1) weighing 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 13-14 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 12-14 pts. wt. polysulfone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. asbestos, 4-7 pts. wt. chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 5-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene and 5-8 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, heating polyurethane resin to 200-230 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain molten polyurethane, adding polycarbonate and polysulfone resin to the molten polyurethane, stirring and melting at 180-210 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, adding white carbon black and graphene, stirring at 190-220 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding asbestos and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, stirring at 150-180 degrees C under vacuum condition, cooling to -10 degrees C to -3 degrees C for 4-10 hours, taking out, crushing to 200-400 mesh, adding bamboo fiber, mixing, heating to 200-240 degrees C at rate of 1-1.5 degrees C/minute to obtain mixture, foaming and shaping mixture to obtain foam board, (2) placing foam board between the two clamping plate mechanisms of ironing device, starting two adjusting cylinders to drive two moving seats to move towards each other where moving seat drives the turning head to move through the vertical rod, so that the two ends of the foam board located on the lower wall of the corresponding limit frame and between the clamping plates, rotating handles on the two clamping plate mechanisms, driving threaded rod to drive clamping plate to descend, so that clamping plate in conjunction with the limit frame and foam board is clamped and fixed, starting two overturning cylinders to drives the gear (A) to rotate through the fixed rod and gear (A) drives gear (B) to meshed with it to rotate, driving gear (B) to rotate installation shaft to drive clamping plate mechanisms to rotate and turns foam bard into vertical state, (3) starting moving motor having pulleys and belts to drive the moving arm to move on the supporting beam, driving heating plate through lifting cylinder, moving heating plate above the foam board, starting lifting cylinder to drives the heating plate down, so that one side of foam board is ironed by the heating plate and turning over foam board by two turning cylinders, moving other side of foam board to upright, heating other side of foam board through heating plate, and (4) driving two turning cylinders to rotate foam board to horizontal state, driving two jacking cylinders to rise pallet, turning handle to make the two clamping plates loose the foam board, turning two adjusting cylinders to drive clamping plate mechanisms away from foam board, placing foam board on pallet, rotating motor to drive pallet and board at 90 degrees , so that two adjusting cylinders drive the two clamping plate mechanisms to move and two clamping plate mechanisms clamp the two ends of ironed foam board and repeating step (2) and step (3) to perform edge ironing on the other two sides of the foam board.
