▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide/Nafion (RTM: Poly(perfluorosulfonic acid) composite proton exchange membrane, comprises (i) introducing atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) initiator on surface of the graphene oxide to obtain GO-Br, (ii) orderly grafting and polymerizing the acidic group and basic group monomer to the surface of the GO-Br through ATRP reaction and obtaining acid-base block copolymer modified graphene oxide, and (iii) uniformly mixing the acid-base block copolymer modified graphene oxide dispersion with Nafion (RTM: Poly(perfluorosulfonic acid) solution, and performing solution casting method to prepare acid-base block copolymer modified graphene oxide/Nafion (RTM: Poly(perfluorosulfonic acid) composite proton exchange membrane. USE - The proton exchange membrane is useful for preparing methanol fuel cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes proton transfer site formed at interface of Nafion (RTM: Poly(perfluorosulfonic acid)-graphene oxide by acid-base groups; constructs continuous proton transfer channel, which improve proton conductivity of the proton exchange membrane at high temperature and low humidity environment; utilizes graphene oxide with a two-dimensional nano-layered structure which blocks diffusion of methanol molecules; and reduces methanol permeability of the proton exchange membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified graphene oxide/Nafion (RTM: Poly(perfluorosulfonic acid) composite proton exchange membrane, prepared by above mentioned method.
