NOVELTY - A biological antibacterial material preparing method involves mixing the silicone with the graphene and the medicine to combine the silicone and the graphene tightly to obtain a self-lubricating material. The soy protein, the dialdehyde polysaccharide cross-linking agent and the plasticizer are kneaded and mixed uniformly, added self-lubricating material, added the polycaprolactone and the silicone rubber, mixed the mixture uniformly and performed the granulation by extrusion to obtain the self-lubricating bio-antibacterial material pellets. The self-lubricating bio-antibacterial material pellets are heated and extruded to form a medical catheter for further use. USE - Method for preparing biological antibacterial material for medical catheter. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the biological antibacterial material with better effect of increasing the smooth property and self-cleaning function of self-lubricating material, avoiding generation of inflammation with tissue adhesion and danger, improving biocompatibility of material and tissue and preventing the foreign body sensation.
