▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure (12) has a wire comprising a laminate structure comprising a copper layer (3) and a graphene layer (10), where a system of wires is in electrical contact with an LED (6) to form an electrical circuit, and the LED is in electrical contact with a graphene side of a copper/graphene laminate (5). A substrate is situated on an opposing face of the copper layer to the graphene layer and situated on an opposite side of the LED to the graphene layer. The substrate is a flexible polymer. A copper layer of the wires comprises a metal. USE - Light emitting structure for use in a light emitting device i.e. light bulb (all claimed), such as domestic light bulb. ADVANTAGE - The copper layer can be patterned or etched to form a system of wires without a need of losing improved thermal conductivity. The structure determines heat transfer between discontinuous islands that is sufficiently efficient, so that a conductivity of a copper/graphene laminate is sufficiently high and highly effective dispersal of heat can be achieved even when the wires do not form a continuous thermally conductive sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a light emitting structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flow diagram illustrating a method for producing a light emitting structure.
