NOVELTY - Antibacterial and stain-resistant graphene foaming sponge comprises 70-90 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 60-80 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 6-8 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-1 pts. wt. surfactant, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-20 pts. wt. dried orange peel powder and 8-10 pts. wt. bamboo carbon powder. USE - Used as antibacterial and stain-resistant graphene foaming sponge. ADVANTAGE - The product has no peculiar smell, it has antibacterial, anti-pollution, anti-oxidation effect. The method is simple, and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial and stain-resistant graphene foaming sponge, comprising (i) washing with water, and removing impurity of raw material; (ii) extracting the polyether polyol using nitrogen as protective gas, and drying; (iii) placing the dried orange peel powder into the pot, adding proper water, soaking for 30-40 minutes, boiling, and decocting for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering slag and concentrating machine, steaming and removing water to obtain dried orange peel powder slag; (iv) orderly adding the mixture to obtain dried orange peel powder slag, graphene powder, bamboo carbon powder, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, catalyst, surfactant into the stirring barrel, and adding proper water, mixing and stirring uniformly; (v) adding toluene diisocyanate into the stirring barrel, quickly stirring uniformly to obtain mixture; and (vi) quickly pouring the mixture into the foaming box and foaming for 15-20 minutes.
