NOVELTY - Method for preparing composite materials with graphene nano-paste involves (a) dispersing the polymer with a solid content of 0-45 wt.% to a solvent to obtain a low-concentration polymer dispersion, ultrasonically treating for 0-30 minutes and stirring for 1-3 hours at 100-2000 rpm, (b) adding graphite powder to the obtained dispersion, ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes to 1 hour and stirring for 12-200 hours at 200-4000 rpm, (c) during step (b), obtaining high-concentration graphene nano-paste by a liquid-phase stripping, in which the final concentration of the prepared graphene/polymer nano-paste is 20-200 mg/ml, (d) according to the demand, directly using the obtained paste, or different subsequent processes to prepare different shapes and functional graphene/polymer composite materials. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite materials with graphene nano-paste. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical properties, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding, optical performance, biocompatibility, adsorption performance, catalytic performance, barrier performance, wave absorption performance, friction resistance and corrosion resistance, has high light transmittance, electron migration and surface area, and is prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite material comprising 2-20 wt.% graphene, 0-45 wt.% polymer and solvents (remaining quantity).
