NOVELTY - A composite material core bar comprises a substrate and a graphene mixture. The substrate comprises 1-5 %mass silicon, 65-85 %mass iron, 4-10 %mass niobium, 2-7 %mass tungsten carbide and 5-15 %mass nickel, copper and/or cobalt. The graphene mixture comprises 75-80 %mass polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 5-15 %mass polyvinyl alcohol, 2-10 %mass ethanol, 3-5 %mass graphene and 0.2-2 %mass rare earth element.
