NOVELTY - Preparing three-rejection two-resistance non-woven fabric comprises (a) subjecting the surface of the non-woven fabric after ultrasonic cleaning to hydrophilic chemical treatment with a surface treatment agent, (b) washing the hydrophilic chemically treated non-woven fabric, drying, (c) taking amino silane coupling agent, fluorine-containing silane coupling agent, biological-carbon material and surfactant to prepare three-rejection and two-resistance pre-polymerization liquid, obtaining dispersed three-rejection and two-antibody pre-polymerization liquid, (d) soaking the non-woven fabric in the three-rejection and two-resistance pre-polymerization liquid, processing by three-dipping and three-rolling, forming a partially graft-modified three-rejection and two-resistant coating on the surface of the non-woven fabric by the hydrolysis and cross-linking of the silane coupling agent and (e) continuing cross-linking and curing the silane coupling agent to obtain non-woven fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-rejection two-resistance non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The non-woven has excellent oil-repellent, alcohol-resistant, blood repellent, antistatic and antibacterial effect, good ventilation property, strong hydrophobic property, and strong extreme weather outdoor and is suitable for medical and sanitary field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-rejection two-resistance non-woven fabric comprises (a) subjecting the surface of the non-woven fabric after ultrasonic cleaning to hydrophilic chemical treatment with a surface treatment agent, (b) washing the hydrophilic chemically treated non-woven fabric multiple times by ultrasonic cleaning, drying, (c) taking amino silane coupling agent, fluorine-containing silane coupling agent, biological-carbon material and surfactant as raw materials to prepare three-rejection and two-resistance pre-polymerization liquid, obtaining uniformly dispersed three-rejection and two-antibody pre-polymerization liquid under the action of high-speed stirring and high-pressure homogenization, (d) soaking the non-woven fabric in the three-rejection and two-resistance pre-polymerization liquid, processing by three-dipping and three-rolling, forming a partially graft-modified three-rejection and two-resistant coating on the surface of the non-woven fabric by the hydrolysis and cross-linking of the silane coupling agent in the three-rejection and two-resistant pre-polymerization liquid and (e) continuing cross-linking and curing the silane coupling agent which is not completely hydrolyzed and cross-linked under the auxiliary action of microwave to obtain non-woven fabric.
