▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing solvent-free static conductive graphite-modified acrylic resin comprises e.g. adding toluene, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid and conductive graphene into reactor, heating at 110-120 degrees C, reacting at 110-120 degrees C, adopting by incremental approach, adding reaction catalyst A into reaction kettle, allowing to stand for 2-3 hours, refluxing and reacting for 1.5-2 hours, adding catalyst B, and reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours, adding catalyst C, reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and hydrophobing solvent to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing solvent-free static conductive graphite-modified acrylic resin (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing solvent-free static conductive graphite-modified acrylic resin comprises adding 20-30 g toluene, 5-10 g methyl methacrylate, 10-20 g butyl acrylate, 25-35 g styrene, 1-2 g acrylic acid and 1-3 g conductive graphene into reactor, heating at 110-120 degrees C, (a) reacting at 110-120 degrees C, adopting by incremental approach, adding reaction catalyst A into reaction kettle, allowing to stand for 2-3 hours, refluxing and reacting for 1.5-2 hours, (b) adding catalyst B, and reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours, and (c) adding catalyst C, reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and hydrophobing solvent to obtain solvent-free graphene modified electrostatic acrylic resin material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for solvent-free static conductive graphite-modified acrylic resin obtained by above method.
