NOVELTY - Long-fiber reinforced wear-resistant self-lubricating bio-based polyamide composite material comprises 10-70 wt.% bio-based polyamide resin, 15-50 wt.% continuous long fibers, 5-20 wt.% anti-wear agent, 5-20 wt.% self-lubricating agent, and 0-25 wt.% other additives. The bio-based polyamide resin contains compound (I), (II) and (III). The mol ratio of the structural unit (I) and (II) is 1: (0.1-0.9). The mol ratio of the structural unit (I) and (III) is 1: (0.1-0.9). USE - Long-fiber reinforced wear-resistant self-lubricating bio-based polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material uses continuous long fibers to reinforce bio-based polyamide, and adds wear-resistant self-lubricating additives, and adopts a double molten pool dipping process, which provides good wetting effect, improves mechanical properties, and also improves the wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Long-fiber reinforced wear-resistant self-lubricating bio-based polyamide composite material comprises 10-70 wt.% bio-based polyamide resin, 15-50 wt.% continuous long fibers, 5-20 wt.% anti-wear agent, 5-20 wt.% self-lubricating agent, and 0-25 wt.% other additives. The bio-based polyamide resin contains compound of formulae (I), (II) and (III). The mol ratio of the structural unit of formula (I) and (II) is 1: (0.1-0.9). The mol ratio of the structural unit of formula (I) and (III) is 1: (0.1-0.9). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing long fiber reinforced wear-resistant self-lubricating bio-based polyamide composite material, which involves: heating and melting 20-50 wt.% total amount of the biobased polyamide resin to obtain the first melt, controlling the temperature to 220-350℃; conveying the first melt to the first melt soaking groove, controlling the temperature in the groove at 310-360℃; heating and melting the rest bio-based polyamide resin and wear-resistant agent, self-lubricant and other additives to obtain a second melt, controlling the temperature to 220-310℃; conveying the second melt to the second melt soaking groove, controlling the temperature in the groove at 270-310℃; pulling continuous long fiber sequentially the first melt soaking groove and the second melt soaking groove, soaking the melt and continuous long fiber, then cooling, cutting to obtain long particle type long fiber reinforced wear-resistant self-lubricating bio-based polyamide composite material; mixing 20-50 wt.% bio-based polyamide resin total amount with the first other additive, then heating and melting to obtain the first melt; further adding 10-35 wt.% bio-based polyamide resin and 0.5-5 wt.% first other additive, where first other additive comprises 0-1.5 wt.% flow modifier, 0-3 wt.% coupling agent, 0-2 wt.% antioxidant, mixing remaining bio-based polyamide resin and wearresistant agent, self-lubricant and the second other additive, and then heating and melting to obtain the second melt, and further mixing 10-35 wt.% bio-based polyamide resin, 10-20 wt.% anti-wear agent, 5- 15 wt.% self-lubricating agent, 5-15 wt.% second other additive, where second other additive comprises 3-5 wt.% compatilizer, 0.6-1.5 wt.% flow modifying agent, 3.5-5 wt.% surfactant and/or 0.1-0.3 wt.% antioxidant; carrying out heating and melting by using conventional double-screw extruder or singlescrew extruder in the field, preferably a double-screw extruder, where the length-diameter ratio of the double-screw extruder is (20-50): 1, further (20-40): 1; when using double-screw extruder to heat and melt, the double-screw extruder uses five-area heating mode, preferably, the first area temperature is 220-290℃, the second area temperature is 240-320 degrees centigrade, the third area temperature is 260-330 degrees centigrade, the fourth area temperature is 260-340℃, the fifth area temperature is 270-350℃, the machine head temperature is 270-350℃; when the double-screw extruder is used for heating and melting, the double-screw extruder uses five-area heating mode, preferably, the first area temperature is 220-270℃, the second area temperature is 240-280℃, the third area temperature is 260-290℃, the temperature of the fourth area is 260-290℃, the temperature of the fifth area is 270-300℃, the temperature of the machine head is 270-310℃, the length of the first melt soaking groove is 2-3 m, the length of the second melt soaking groove is 1-2 m, and/or controlling the traction speed of 5-50 m/min.
