▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene with enhanced surface photovoltage signal involves: (1) using urea as raw material to carry out calcining by semi-closed method at 550 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain graphitic carbon nitride; (2) carrying out hydrothermal treatment on graphitic carbon nitride with the help of ionic liquid or surfactant, and naturally cooling to room temperature; and (3) washing the graphitic carbon nitride powder with deionized water and then washing with alcohol 1-2 times, and removing graphitic carbon nitride powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing photovoltaic voltage signal similar to graphene with enhanced surface photovoltage signal(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of photovoltaic voltage signal similar to graphene with enhanced surface photovoltage signal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of photovoltaic voltage signal similar to graphene involves: (1) using urea as raw material to carry out calcining by semi-closed method at 550 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain graphitic carbon nitride; (2) carrying out hydrothermal treatment on graphitic carbon nitride with the help of ionic liquid or surfactant, and naturally cooling to room temperature; and (3) washing the graphitic carbon nitride powder with deionized water and then washing with alcohol 1-2 times, removing graphitic carbon nitride powder, then dispersing graphitic carbon nitride powder in alcohol, and drying at 60-80 degrees C.
