▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene composite aluminum alloy comprises preparation of graphene additive liquid by uniformly mixing and dispersing 2-5 pts. wt. nano-grade graphene and 80-100 pts. wt. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, forming graphene dispersion, and mixing with 300-400 pts. wt. deionized water to prepare graphene additive liquid, rolling aluminum strip with a thickness of 4-8 mm through aluminum strip cold rolling machine for n passes to a rolling thickness of 1-2 mm, in the rolling process, adding additive liquid to m-th channel respectively in the first pass and second pass, where n is greater than 3 and m is less than or equal to n, and heating the aluminum strip surface, forming the thermal expansion effect to generate pores, where the graphene additive liquid penetrates the pores, after rolling through the first m channels, permeating the graphene, and performing spectrum analysis to ensure that graphene in the aluminum surface is at 10-40%. USE - The method is for preparation of modified graphene composite aluminum alloy.
