NOVELTY - Preparing lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material involves mixing 0.04-0.1 g/ml of ferrous sulfate with mixed solution of 0.0005-0.001 g/ml oxidized graphite alkene and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution with continuously stirring, then adjusting pH value of mixed solution until hydrogen ion concentration is 1/asterisk10-2-1/asterisk 102 moles/L, filtering mixed solution and stirring for 8-15 hours, filtering by using de-ionized water to obtain compound of iron and graphene oxide followed by hydrothermal reaction and performing for 10-20 hours, cooling to room temperature and filtering to obtain lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material, where hydrothermal reaction temperature is 150-200 degrees C.
