▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene in-situ composite manganese-nickel-lithium-iron phosphate anode material comprises taking lithium carbonate, phosphoric acid, manganese(II,III) oxide, iron oxide, and nickel oxide, where ratio of lithium, manganese, iron, nickel, and phosphorus is 1:0.01-1:0.01-1:0.01-1:1, mixing with solvent, and grinding to obtain mixed liquid; adding liquid polyvinylpyrrolidone oligomer and continuously grinding to obtain anode electrode material paste; spray-drying; airflow crushing; and heating under inert atmosphere and calcining. USE - Method for preparing graphene in-situ composite manganese-nickel-lithium-iron phosphate anode material. ADVANTAGE - The anode material has enhanced binding property and improved tap density and capacity of unit volume, overcomes shortcomings of poor conductivity, and has total battery energy density of 15% higher than current lithium iron phosphate.
